Roger Coleman

Roger Keith Coleman was convicted and executed for the murder of his sister-in-law, Wanda Faye McCoy.  The crime occurred on March 10, 1981 in the Long Bottom area of Grundy, Virginia.  The case drew national attention due to many people believing Coleman was innocent.

Upon visiting the crime scene in 2005, it was discovered the murder house no longer exists.  The neighboring house of an often-named suspect has also been demolished.
