21019 Gresham and 8838 Independence
Canoga Park, CA
The Manson Family once rented a house at 21019 Gresham Street in
Canoga Park. This house was known as the Yellow Submarine, but no longer
exists. Apartments now occupy the property. These apartments are at
the corner of Gresham and Independence.
Directly across the street from the Gresham site are the Canoga
Island Village apartments at 8838 Independence Avenue. According to Ed
Sanders, members of the Family lived here at one time, too.
